Completed forms should be posted or emailed to the Foundation together with supporting information. 

Please read our Guidelines for Schools and Organisations and Priorities for Grant Making before filling out the Initial Enquiry Form.

Information to include with your Initial Enquiry Form;

• An outline description of your project
• An outline budget
• Details of how the project addresses the objectives for the particular Foundation priority you are seeking to address
• What you hope to achieve (including the anticipated outputs and outcomes for the project) and
• How you will measure and evaluate whether or not it has been successful.

We will respond to your enquiry within three weeks of receiving it.
